Oooh, symbolic, eh?
Well i hope you've managed to take your x-mas stuff down by now, but if not, don't feel bad because it was only yesterday that i took down my 2 items of Christmas cheer laid upon my mantlepiece! (i wasn't really around my own house for x-mas this year so it seemed a bit pointless to go hog wild....that, and i'm lazy, what can i say??!) The wreath and snowglobe were put away for another year!
It does feel kinda sad without the Christmas festivities surrounding and gently bear-hugging us......no special festive tv shows, no christmas tunes on the radio (the same ones over & over & over!!!), no obnoxious store layouts with all the xmas stuff begging you to buy it, no Christmas dinners to look forward to (i had two at work this year!! let alone on christmas)............. none of that again at least until next September! Hahahha!
