So Mother's Day went well, and way too quickly actually... *poof* and the weekend was over!
I arrived just in time to celebrate Mother's day with homemade waffles (three cheers for boys who know how to use wafflemakers!!!) complete with melting real butter(none of this fake-o stuff!) & oozing with maple syrup, and of course the obligatory brunch Italian bubbly!
It was a lovely time and was great to be able to spend it with the lady who makes Mother's Day a holiday for me to celebrate :)
